They arrived on time and I was able to track their progress to the appointment via their GPS app. I had booked with another larger plumbing company who did not show up in a three-hour appointment window and did not call. I canceled them and booked with B Franklin. The tech was super personable and professional and put on boot covers to walk around my home. He identified and reviewed the issues, provided a clear quote with several options, and went over everything for clarity. They were able to do the repairs on the spot even though they were extensive and he requested a second tech to work with him. The work looks really solid and well done. Both techs took the time to make sure to say goodbye and shake my hand. We opted to not do one project on the list that I had paid for and calling for a refund was simple and professional with no run-around. There's always a leap of faith that you needed the work you got so that would be my one lingering concern with any service team coming into my home. But overall still five stars and will use again when the need arises."
